Shipping
- Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping from €50 or 4 items, below that €4.95.
- Delivered fast with tracking, so no waiting for weeks.
- You receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Returns & exchanges
- 14 days to change your mind · you send it back yourself, unless the fault is ours.
- Send an email with your order number and you receive the return address within one business day. You send it back yourself and pay for that shipping.
- Product damaged or delivered wrong? Then we pay for the return and the new shipment.
- Refund within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method, including the standard outbound shipping cost.
Ordering & payment
- You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- You receive a confirmation email with your order number straight away.
- Entered the wrong address? Email us within 12 hours and we can still change it.
Products
- Most accessories are one size or adjustable. If a product does come in sizes, the measurements are on the product page.
- Measurements and material are on the product page as soon as the supplier provides them.
- Not sure about colour or size? Email us and we will find out for you.
