Privacy Policy

• —Order and customer details: your name, address, email address and your order. These are processed through our webshop platform, which runs our shop and checkout. That platform acts as a processor and processes the data only on our instructions.
• —Cart: what you put in your cart is kept in your own browser and is also created as a cart on our webshop platform, so that you can check out. That platform processes those details as a processor, only on our instructions.
• —Email contact: if you email us, we keep your name, email address and the content of your message so that we can answer your question.
• —Newsletter: if you sign up for the welcome discount, we keep your email address with our email processor (Klaviyo) to send you the code and, now and then, our new looks. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email; after that we remove your address from the list.
• —Technical error data: if something goes technically wrong on the site, error reports with technical data (such as an IP address) can end up in the log files of our hosting provider.
• —Visit statistics: our hosting provider measures how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how fast they load, which browser you use and which page you came from. For this your browser gets a random session code that expires after 30 minutes. We don't use these statistics for advertising.
• —Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google for this, and Google sees your IP address.

• —Fulfilling your order, delivering it and handling returns.
• —Answering your questions.
• —Keeping our records and meeting legal obligations.

We never sell your data on and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

• —Order details: for as long as we need them for our records. For invoices a statutory tax retention period of 7 years applies.
• —Emails: for as long as we need them to handle your question.
• —Cart: kept in your own browser only. You remove it yourself by clearing your browser data.

Only if you accept in the cookie banner do we use the Meta pixel to measure which ads lead to a visit or a purchase; if you decline, nothing is sent to Meta and no cookie is set. Our hosting provider's measurement does keep a temporary session code in your browser (sometimes as a cookie), which expires after 30 minutes. Beyond that the site uses functional storage in your browser, for example for your cart, your recent searches and which version of a page you see.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• —see what data we hold about you;
• —have incorrect data corrected;
• —have your data deleted;
• —object to a processing operation or have it restricted;
• —have your data transferred to you.

Email your request to info@aloramoda.nl and we'll reply within one working day. Not happy with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may adjust this policy if the site or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
